Oh, yes, sorry--that's just all the Doctor Who post I feel capable of making right now. I think I'll title it, to avoid confusion...

I'm in the West USA and haven't seen Part Two yet, and have to be at work in an hour so I will not see it until tonight.

I'm not actually sure what episode the US is on; is "The Almost People" on tonight? BBC America is behind by a week because of Memorial Day, right?

Yeah, and to be honest I keep going to sleep on part one; not a reflection on the writing just how tired I've been lately. Work and trying to do something with the yard.

I think I generally like two-parters more when I can watch both parts together, anyway. I seem to have problems with the pacing when the episodes are separate, but then those problems sometimes don't exist for me when I'm watching the parts together. Which is weird, because they were always written and conceived as two parts, not one ep that got split into two after the fact, but there we are.

Cheated-- my granddaughter actually asked me to cheat, since she knows I can usually pull a copy. When I guessed who the little girl was I thought -- "that's way too obvious", but I guess I should go with my instincts.

I enjoy the hell out of watching Matt and Arthur act, and Karen has grown so much in the last season. Alex was always stunning as far as skills.

I've always thought Karen was quite good as Amy, but she's definitely stepped up this season! And Matt and Arthur are both lovely as well.

I remember reading that theory and discounting it, because it seemed too odd to me. Ah well--shows what I know.
